Cub Scout Pack 98 is sponsored by NETCACHE. All families must be members of NETCACHE (with their membership and dues being current).
Cub Scouts is an adult-led program of recreational and educational activities for boys ages 6 – 10 years old. Dens meet weekly from August through April to work on activities and meet requirements for rank advancement. All of the dens and their families meet at scheduled pack meetings throughout the year to recognize the Scouts’ achievements and awards.
Your son needs to be the correct age by October 31st: Tiger - 6, Wolf - 7, Bear - 8, Webelos 1 - 9, Webelos 2 - 10.

LOCATION: We meet at Bear Creek Bible Church in Keller. The address is 1555 N. Tarrant Parkway (East of Rufe Snow, West of Davis/FM 1938) on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
OTHER: Please keep in mind that we are a volunteer organization. We require each family to participate in some capacity. We need den leaders, assistant den leaders, coordinators for Pack positions and/or parties, etc. If you have a talent in one of these areas, please let us know. Also, we have a fundraiser each year in which the boys are required to participate in some way.
CUB SCOUTING AND YOUR FAMILY
Your Son is a Member of a Den
- A den has boys of the same age / rank.
- The den meets once a week for crafts, games, to work on achievements and have fun.
- The den is led by a Den Leader.
You Son is a Member of a Pack
- A pack is made up of all the dens.
- The pack is led by the Cubmaster, Assistant Cubmaster, and Pack Committee Chairperson.
- The pack meets on a regular basis for presentations of achievements and awards that the boys have earned.
The Pack is Run by the Pack Committee
- The pack committee is made up of pack leaders, den leaders, and parents.
- The committee meets once a month.
- The pack committee is led by the Chairperson and the Cubmaster.
The Pack is Owned by the Chartered Organization
- The chartered organization for Pack 98 is NETCACHE.
- The organization approves leaders, provides a meeting place, and assures the pack operates within its guidelines.
- The organization selects a representative to serve as a liaison between the pack and organization.
